Gifts purchased on the webshop or in the store between November 1 - December 23, 2025 can be returned or exchanged until January 24, 2026.

Always remember to bring your receipt or order form, otherwise we cannot exchange your items.

The last day to order Christmas gifts that must arrive by post before Christmas is December 16 at 12:00 PM

Items purchased in our physical store can be exchanged for something else or a voucher, we do not give refunds.
