Lingerie on the first date

Rule numero uno: Do not do the Bridget Jones.

We all remember how Bridget Jones let herself be seduced in white granny panties by tantalizing bad boy, Daniel Cleaver (played by Hugh Grant). On viewing the deeply dull, waist high passion killers, Cleaver said, ’Hello mummy’, taking us into cringe-worthy territory. Bridget ended up dating Hugh albeit briefly before she found true love with Mark Darcy, who didn’t seem to notice what she was wearing.

Fortunately, we can learn from good old Bridget. When you're on a first date, think one more time about what you wear under your clothes. You will probably take hours choosing your outfit, working out what signals that red top sends and checking how much leg and cleavage to show. Remember that you’ll get extra confidence and a completely different aura when you feel well dressed from top to toe – and that includes what lies beneath! Your date will notice and admire how you look because first impressions are always important. But they’ll be most impressed by someone who glows with inner confidence.

Choose your lingerie carefully before first date - or better for every single day. Give yourself an inner glow from knowing how glamorous you look under your clothes.
