Welcome to Viola Sky. 

By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the following conditions. We therefore recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping on www.violasky.com 

Please note that there is a difference between the trading terms regarding online shopping and in the physical store where the rules for normal trade apply.

 

We prioritize dispatching your package within 24 hours on weekdays. During peak seasons and sale periods, delivery may take 2-5 working days. 

We use Post Nord UPS and DHL courier to deliver.

You can always track your package with the provided track & trace number, which you will automatically receive via email when the package is dispatched.

If you purchase for less than DKK 500,-, the shipping fee is DKK 55,- with home delivery / DKK 49,- to a parcel shop.

Viola Sky occasionally offers various types of discounts and offers as part of the store's marketing. If you have a discount code, you must enter it in the discount code field. Please note that discount codes can only be applied to items sold at their regular price, and only one discount code can be used per purchase.

When paying by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You can reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no liability if your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). 

You choose the payment method when placing your order. 

All prices include VAT. 

All purchase agreements, order confirmations, etc., are made in Danish and English.

 

SECURITY

The Billwerk payment system we use at Viola Sky meets all security requirements and is approved and certified by Nets. All communication between Billwerk Payment System and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorized persons cannot see the data being exchanged. Likewise, data sent between Billwerk Payment System and Nets's payment server is encrypted.

 

An online store has no access to your card number provided during payment and can only withdraw the amount you specified – or less – only once, and there is no possibility to increase the amount. Your entered card number is not stored anywhere after the transaction.

 

When you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no liability if your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a liability of DKK 1200 if your Dankort is misused with the PIN code.

 

There are strict requirements for both ethics and security from NETS for an online store to be allowed to accept card payments over the internet.

 

COMPLAINTS

All products at Viola Sky are quality goods. Sometimes, however, there may still be a defect or deficiency with a product, and in such a case, you should naturally contact us immediately. We will do everything to address the complaint.

 

We send all goods in Europe with Post Nord parcel post and rest of the world with UPS, DHL, which makes it possible to track the package if problems should arise. The goods are insured during shipping, and upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to the courier immediately, or no later than 2 days after receipt. Viola Sky is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation. We always pack the goods with the utmost care to minimize the risk of damage during shipment.

 

If you wish to complain about a product, you must contact Viola Sky at the following email: kontakt@violasky.dk.

 

If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. 

You can also use the EU Commission's online complaint portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer with a residence outside Denmark. You can find the complaint portal here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS

You must pay for the return shipping yourself.

At Viola Sky, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All returns must be registered for return no later than 14 days after order receipt. Please note that if you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, the withdrawal period starts on the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop.

If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, you must return your items and place a new order. 

Always remember to fill out the attached return guide or enclose a copy of the order confirmation with information about the order number. 

Refunded amounts will always be returned to the card used for the purchase. This process takes 1-5 working days from when we receive the return package. 

We do not pick up return packages at post offices, parcel shops, etc. – all must be delivered to our address. 

We do not accept items sent cash on delivery. 

If a return package gets lost in the mail, Viola Sky cannot refund the money.

 

Returning goods from outside the EU

Items returned from outside EU are subject to an import clearance fee of 22 € / 24 USD.

This amount will be deducted when the amount is refunded.

Always fill in the VAT number when sending the parcel.

If you are sending from countries outside the EU, you must always include Viola Sky's VAT number when dispatching the package.

It is important to indicate that the package is a RETURN. Please note that this information must be included in the shipping documents, not written on the outside of the box.

 

Uncollected Goods

Uncollected goods from the post office, parcel shops, etc., are returned by the same courier as used for delivery to Viola Sky, and we will deduct the cost of return from your credited amount. 

 

Viola Sky reserves the right to price changes, typographical errors, sold-out goods, etc.

 

The goods must always be returned unused, clean, odor-free, and with original tags. 

If you have purchased silk lingerie, please be aware not to have cream, oil, or other forms of grease on your skin when trying it on. If stains appear on the silk, unfortunately, we cannot offer to exchange the item.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be exchanged.
