Gifts bought on the webshop or in the store between November 1 - d. 23 December 2025 can be returned or exchanged until 24 January 2026.

Always remember to bring the receipt or order form, otherwise we cannot exchange your goods.

The last day for ordering Christmas presents that must arrive by post in Europe before Christmas is 16/12 at 12.00

Goods bought in our physical store can be exchanged for something else or a credit card, we do not give the money back.
